Webinar on close listening skills in healthcare

We live in times of accelerating innovation and technologies that introduce new opportunities for human life including how we deal with health and care. Narrative practice promotes a critical attention to narrative and encourages listening, creativity and reflection. Will these skills be the most important qualities for healthcare professionals in the future?

We are delighted to announce our webinar on september 7th 2017, in collaboration with the International Listening Association (ILA). In this ILA Webinar we will explore how close listening skills can be used more effectively by healthcare professionals and by all who find themselves in healthcare settings. There is no charge for the webinar.

There will be opportunities for dialogue with participants about the value of narrative practice within healthcare and what we consider to be great challenges for human-centered healthcare.
